It is with a great pleasure that we are launching this site. You will find here information on the most common anti-patterns found in the industry, the consequences they lead to, and the capacities they impact.

All the selected capacities we refer to are known to be correlated with greater software delivery performance and better organization performance. An organization exhibiting these anti-patterns is most likely limiting its capacities, which in turn will lower its performances. We will suggest you possible solutions that can eliminate or at least minimize these anti-patterns and their impacts.

My colleague Sylvie Trudel and I documented eight anti-patterns for a talk at Agile Tour Montréal 2019. We realized that several other anti-patterns remains to be documented, and decided to dedicate this web platform to this topic. In future articles, we will describe in details our approach and the results of our work.
